Manasseh

A man who founded the tribe of Manasseh living at the time of the Patriarchs, first mentioned at Gen.41.51) referred to as Manasseh or Manassite (מְנַשֶּׁה), or Manassite or Manassite (מְנַשִּׁי), or Manasseh (Μανασσῆς); son of Joseph and Asenath; a brother of Ephraim; had an Aramitess concubine; father of Machir and Asriel.
